The Mobile spa will arrive 5-15 minutes before your appointment start time. You will receive a text letting you know when your massage therapist is ready for you to come out. Your massage therapist will meet you outside of the mobile spa to welcome you inside. Once inside, you will have full privacy to feel comfortable for your appointment. From there, your experience will be exactly like you were at a spa. The best part about it is you don’t need to worry about traffic, parking or weather.
Yes, the space is temperature controlled for comfort year-round. It features heating for the winter, air conditioning for the summer, and the option to open a screened window or side door to let in a natural breeze. As a bonus, you may even hear the birds from outside.
We typically service Southeast Wisconsin. We are open to traveling outside of that. Please refer to the travel fee breakdown.

We ask that clients who need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. There will be a 50% fee of the original appointment cost that will be charged for clients that cancel within 50% per my discretion. In addition, if you have confirmed your appointment through text within 48 hours of your appointment and fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost
This can depend on many factors. Some include: Severity of presenting issues/concerns, lifestyle, other support/initiatives, plus many more! As minimum, we recommend once a month. If you have injuries or specific areas of concern needing more work, we might suggest bi-weekly or once a week. This will depend on your body’s needs & goals.
It is important to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated after every session. Massage is a motivator for both the circulatory and lymphatic system. Drinking water amplifies and prolongs the healing effects of your massage. Dehydration after massage has been known to trigger headaches and sometimes even nausea.
There is a step and handle to assist clients with entering and exiting the mobile spa. Please inform of any additional accommodations required when scheduling an appointment and Traveling Touch will do their best to meet your needs.
