By booking an appointment with Traveling Touch Mobile Massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and elevated experience for every client.

APPOINTMENTS + BOOKING
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system via GlossGenius.

A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Please ensure all details (location, service selection, and add-ons) are accurate at the time of booking.

DEPOSITIS + PAYMENTS
A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment
• Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking

For group or event bookings, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee up to 100% of the service total
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount
• Deposits are non-transferable for late cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen — please communicate as soon as possible.

ARRIVAL + ACCESSIBILITY
Traveling Touch is a mobile spa experience, and services are performed at your provided location.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing a safe, clean, and accessible space for service
• Ensuring adequate parking or access to the location
• Notifying us of any stairs, obstacles, or special entry instructions in advance

Travel fees may apply depending on location.

HEALTH + SAFETY
Your safety is our priority.

By booking, you confirm that:

• You are not experiencing any contagious illness or symptoms
• You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to your service

Traveling Touch reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

THERAPIST BOUNDARIES
Traveling Touch provides professional, therapeutic massage services only.

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Each session is designed to be relaxing, personalized, and elevated.

Your service may include elements such as:

• Aromatherapy
• Hot towels or hot stones (if selected)
• Sound or vibrational enhancements
• A heated massage table

Add-ons must be selected at the time of booking to ensure availability.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late to your appointment:

• Your session may be shortened to maintain the schedule
• Full payment will still be required

GIFT CERTIFICATES
If offered:

• Gift certificates are non-refundable
• Must be redeemed before expiration (if applicable)
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

LIABILITY
Traveling Touch Mobile Massage is not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
• Any adverse reactions to services when proper information was not provided

By booking, you acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Traveling Touch reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Safety concerns
• Inappropriate behavior
• Unsanitary conditions
• Failure to comply with policies
